Inkurable Gothic Arches Challenge #18 is Flowers.

Flower stamps I used are good old favorites from Hero Arts' Real Flowers series. Graph Background and words by Hero Arts too. Heat emboss resist with Distress Inks.

Voor het thema Bloemen bij Inkurable Gothic Arches heb ik de goeie ouwe bloemenstempels van Hero Arts nog eens gebruikt. Resist techniek met Distress inkt. De ruitjesachtergrond en tekst zijn ook Hero Arts stempels.

These are all arches I made so far, for the 2010 challenges at Inkurable Gothic Arches. Still 6 arches to go. It's time to start thinking about how I'm going to put them together in a book.

Art Journey - Time Brings Roses

On this triptych I used previous (middle) and new (left and right) roses from Art Journey. I stamped with Versafine Onyx Black ink, heat embossed. Roses are colored with Distress Ink #Fired Brick.

Background is sponged and stamped with Distress Ink.

Een drieluik, gestempeld met vorige (midden) en nieuwe (links en rechts) rozenstempels van Art Journey. Ze zijn gestempeld met Versafine #Onyx Black en kleurloos geëmbossed. Ingekleurd met Distress inkt #Fired Bricks. Achtergrond is gesponst en gestempeld met Distress inkt.

I cut the quote in 3 pieces to attach to each ATC.

De tekst in stukjes geknipt en over de ATCs verdeeld.

Art Journey - Wall Hanging

Wall hanging made with new Art Journey stamps. I stamped 3 ATCs and connected them with twine. The "driftwood" at the top and bottom are cuttings from a Hydrangea in our garden.

Muurhanger, gemaakt met nieuwe Art Journey stempels. De ATCs zijn verbonden met een touwtje. Het "drijfhout" zijn hydrangeatakjes uit onze tuin.

On today's scraps card I used one of my MOO cards. I picked scraps matching the striped designer paper.

Black & White - 31

No stamping on today's black & white card. I was inspired after seeing Jolette's cards. It was fun :) Card size is 4" x 4".

Niets gestempeld op dit zwart-wit kaartje. Ik zag deze kaartjes op Jolette's blog, en wou ook eens een poging doen.

Just for you - Birds

The birds stamp was inked with Distress Ink in several colors. I over stamped it with black ink. I used glossy photo paper. The Roses background was inked with Distress Ink #Pumice Stone, I wiped off the ink in the center before stamping it.

De vogels zijn beïnkt met verschillende kleuren Distress Inkt, en ik heb er met zwarte inkt overheen gestempeld. Glanzend fotopapier gebruikt. Voor de achtergrond de rozenstempel van Darkroom Door met Distress Inkt #Pumice Stone beïnkt, en voor het afdrukken de inkt in het midden afgeveegd.

Photo Inspiration - 3

Inspired by a Hibiscus in our garden. I stamped the Hero Arts flower with Distress Ink on watercolor paper, and used a damp brush on the flower center. The petals are colored with pencils. I stamped leaves (PSX) on a watercolored background, and a few extra leaves to cut out.

Inspiratie voor deze kaart kwam van een Hibiscus in de tuin. De Hero Arts bloem met Distress inkt gestempeld op aquarelpapier, en het hart met een nat penseel bewerkt. De rest van de bloemblaadjes is met potloden ingekleurd. Blaadjes (PSX) op een ecoline achtergrond gestempeld, en een paar blaadjes extra om uit te knippen.

I printed the photo for a few quick cards.

De foto afgedrukt om er snel een paar kaartjes mee te maken.

I used the bridge stamp from Darkroom Door's Notre Dame stamp set to make this card. Background is done with Distress Inks on a craftsheet. I used glossy cardstock. The bridge is stamped with Memories Black ink.

De brug is een stempel uit Darkroom Door's Notre Dame stempelset. Achtergrond is gemaakt met Distress inkt op een craftsheet. Ik gebruikte glanzend kaartkarton. De brug is met Memories Black gestempeld.

Same bridge stamp, same Distress Ink background on glossy cardstock. I stamped the French Script on top of the bridge image, using Distress Ink #Brushed Corduroy. The stamp is big enough to make 2 ATCs.

Zelfde stempel, zelfde Distress Inkt achtergrond op glanzend kaartkarton. De Franse schriftstempel van Darkroom Door er overheen gestempeld met Distress inke #Brushed Corduroy. De stempel is groot genoeg voor 2 ATCs.

Today I used some left over pieces from this project (click) and made two mini zigzag books, size is 1 1/2 inch x 2 3/8 inch.

Darkroom Door - ATCs Montmartre

These ATCs are made with Darkroom Door's Montmartre stamp set.

Enkele ATCs, gemaakt met de Montmartre stempelset van Darkroom Door.

I stamped the Moulin Rouge stamp with Archival Black ink on red cardstock and colored it with pencils. I embossed the bottom part in the Cuttlebug. Finished off with the postmark stamp from the same set, and a vellum strip, heat embossed, from the Ornate Elements set. Sticky Pearls from Hero Arts.

De Moulin Rouge stempel is met zwarte inkt van Archival op rood kaartkarton gestempeld, beetje ingekleurd met potloden. Onderaan een stukje geëmbossed in de Cuttlebug. Afgewerkt met een post-datumstempel en een vellum strookje, geëmbossed met Ranger Seafoam White, uit de Ornate Elements set. Plakparels van Hero Arts.

I showed the Sacré Coeur ATC already a few weeks ago. The image is stamped and heat embossed on a watercolored background.

De Sacré Coeur ATC toonde ik al eerder. De afdruk is geëmbossed op een ecoline achtergrond.
