Happy Birthday

Birthday Card, stamped with justjohanna stamps: Scallop Circle, Candace (bird) and "happy birthday". I used Ecoline heat emboss resist paper at the bottom, and to stamp the sentiment on. Ribbon: Allmymemories.

Verjaardagskaart, gestempeld met justjohanna stempels: geschulpte cirkel, vogel (Candace) en verjaardagswens. Onderaan heb ik Ecoline heat emboss resist papier gebruikt, ook de tekst is op dit papier gestempeld en uitgeknipt.
The card I used is slightly shimmery.
De kaart is licht glanzend.

Angelika's blog

A few days ago, I was reading Angelika's blog, Toscania Art-Life. Check out these wonderful ATCs. Angelika used silk paint on a craft sheet to create these fabulous backgrounds. Silk painting is a craft I never tried. But I heard of several stampers who have some silk paint left, and don't know what to do with it. Angelika blogs in German and Dutch, but just take a look at her gorgeous work, and let the pictures speak for themselves...
Een paar dagen geleden las ik Angelika's blog, Toscania Art-Life. Kijk eens naar haar wondermooie ATCs. Angelika gebruikte zijdeverf op een craftsheet voor de achtergrond. Zijdeschilderen heb ik nooit gedaan, maar ik ken stempelaars die nog een voorraadje verf hebben, en niet weten wat ermee te doen. Kijk eens naar haar prachtig werk, de foto's spreken voor zich.

"60,000 hits" RAK

Next week my *invisible* sitemeter Statcounter, is going to show 60,000 hits. I didn't think I would ever have that many visitors when I started blogging last June. To thank you all for your visits, and your nice comments, I decided to fill this little box and send it to one of you... I'll put as many 4x4 cards in as possible, and 2 bottles of my most favorite ink Ecoline. All you have to do is leave a comment on this post. As soon as I reach 60,000 I will put all the names in a bowl, and pick one who will receive this box. I made a few cards already, I'll show all of them after the box has been received by one of you. I really appreciate all your visits and comments, which is a great way for me to discover new blogs.

Volgende week zal mijn *onzichtbare* sitemeter Statcounter de 60.000ste hit registreren. Had ik nooit gedacht toen ik in juni met mijn blog begon. Als bedankje voor jullie bezoekjes en leuke berichtjes, zal ik deze doos vullen en naar 1 van jullie sturen. Ik stop er zoveel mogelijk 10x10 kaartjes in, en 2 flesjes van mijn favoriete inkt Ecoline. Al wat je moet doen is hier een berichtje achterlaten. Zodra ik de 60.000 bereikt heb gaan al de namen in een kom, en wordt er eentje uit gepikt. Een paar kaartjes heb ik al gemaakt zoals je kan zien, maar de rest toon ik pas als het pakje aangekomen is bij een van jullie. Ik ben echt blij met alle bezoekjes en de achtergelaten berichtjes. Voor mij trouwens een leuke manier om nieuwe blogs te ontdekken.

4x4 card - Joy

Looks like I'm really into making these 4x4 cards... On this one I used a background of heat emboss resist paper. Scalloped circle is a justjohanna stamp. Joy definition is by Stampotique, leaves stamp by Hero Arts. My own handwriting on the tiny Joy label.

Ik ben helemaal weg van deze 10x10cm kaartjes... Hier gebruikte is een achtergrond van heat emboss resist papier. De geschulpte cirkel is een justjohanna stempel. Joy definitiestempel is van Stampotique, blaadjes van Hero Arts. Joy is mijn eigen handschrift.

Another 4x4 card, I really like this size! Ecoline background, bleach stamping and Colorbox Fluid Chalk #Blue Iris. Stamps from De Creatie's get inspired kits. Enjoy and script stamp are Hero Arts.

Cards and Folder - Kaartenmapje

Folder and cards have the same image. I used bleach and Memories Black to stamp the images on Ecoline background. Flowers (Hero Arts), grid (Magenta), Swirl (justjohanna).

Write On -Favorite ink

After reading some entries for Write On, on several blogs about favorite inks... Strange, but my favorite ink is not really a stamping ink, but can be combined with all kind of stamping inks that I really like: Versafine, Memories, Colorbox Fluid Chalk, Distress Ink, Adirondack,... it's a liquid ink, ECOLINE, and you can read more about it if you click HERE.

Na enkele bijdragen voor Write On gelezen te hebben, moet ik toegeven dat mijn favoriete inkt in feite geen stempelinkt is, maar wel een inkt die met veel van mijn favoriete inkten gecombineerd kan worden, zoals Versafine, Memories, Colorbox Fluid Chalk, Distress Inkt, Adirondack,... Het is een vloeibare inkt, ECOLINE, en je kan er meer over lezen als je HIER klikt.

Gelukkige verjaardag Saartje!!

Another 2peas sketch card, Andi's sketch. It's Saartje's birthday card. Stamps: Flower and Bird: Justjohanna. All other stamps are Hero Arts. After putting the bird (Aunti Stu) in place, the oval suddenly looked like a giant egg *lol*

Nog een 2peas schets kaart, deze schets is van Andi. Het is een verjaardagskaartje geworden voor mijn nichtje Sara, die dol is op kippen. Stempels: bloem en vogel: justjohanna. Alle andere stempels zijn van Hero Arts. Nadat de vogel (Aunti Stu) haar plaats kreeg, leek het ovaal plots op een reusachtig ei *lol*

You're the best - sketch card

Another card for a sketch on 2peas, contributed by Susan. All stamps are by Auddesign: swirls, harlequin and sentiment. PP is Basic Grey Blush. Swirls have been stamped on a ecoline ink background.

Nog een kaart voor een schets op 2peas, deze keer bedacht door Susan. Alle stempels zijn van Auddesign: krullen, ruitpatroon en wens. Bedrukt papier is van Basic Grey, Blush. De krullen zijn gestempeld op een ecoline achtergrond.

All stamps here are by justjohanna. Background on the big heart is done on a craft sheet, using Ecoline inks, ochre and gold. Uni-ball white pen. I used a sketch that Kristy did for 2peas stamping board.
Alle stempels op deze kaart zijn van justjohanna. Voor de achtergrond op het grote hart gebruikte ik Ecoline inkt, oker en goud, op een craft sheet. Witte pen van Uni-ball. De schets die ik gebruikte is bedacht door Kristy voor het 2peas stempelforum.

Purple/lilac ecoline paper from my stash. Flower stamps (Hero Arts), Shrubbery and words (justjohanna), checkered background (Cherry Pie), squares wavy border (Hero Arts).

Gestempeld op een lila ecoline achtergrondje uit mijn voorraad.
Hero Arts and justjohanna stamps. The square is done using a napkin and double sided sticky foil. justjohanna has a lot of these tiny sentiments, I love them on tags especially.
Hero Arts en Justjohanna stempels. Voor het vierkant in't midden gebruikte ik een servet. Justjohanna heeft een hele reeks kleine tekststempels, ik gebruik ze 't liefst op deze labeltjes.

Valentine's Card - Cindylou 62 cardlift...

Key Rack

This wooden birdhouse/photo frame was in justjohanna's goodies box. I turned it into a key rack: I removed the picture and acetate, and attached three hooks. "Home Tweet Home" and Five Petal Flower are justjohanna stamps.

Dit vogelhuis/fotolijstje zat bij de spulletjes van justjohanna. Ik heb het hier als steutelrekje gebruikt: de foto en het acetaat verwijderd, drie haakjes ingeschroefd. "Home Tweet Home" en bloemetje zijn justjohanna stempels.
