Altered postcard - swap

I was in an altered postcard swap. This is how the Hallmark card looked before...

A stamp positioner and masks were used on this card, to give Flamingo Claire a warm scarf and hat. I masked the square with a sticky note and colored the border with Ecoline and sponged Chalk ink, and stamped the Swirly Tail all around the card.

Een stempelliniaal en maskertjes gebruikt om Flamingo Claire een warme sjaal en muts te geven. Met een post-it het middengedeelte bedekt, om de rand met Ecoline, Chalk inkt en de Swirly Tail stempel af te werken.

My entry for the Fall Theme on Gothic Arches Blog. The main image is an old stamp by Magenta. Fall Definition by Hero Arts, Autumn is a Purple Onion Design stamp.

I used the lime/blue color combo on all months, so some pages may look "non-traditional" :)

CD Calendar

I purchased a digital CD calendar kit at Heather Ann Designs, and downloaded it right away (.jpeg and .PNG files). I printed the pages and did some very simple stamping, with Versamark and soft pastels.
Deze digitale CD kalender kit bestelde ik bij Heather Ann Designs, en kon ze meteen downloaden (.jpeg en .PNG files). De maanden heb ik geprint, en ik heb er heel eenvoudig met Versamark en soft pastels bij gestempeld.
If you open the files in a photo editing program, and use Ctrl+p to start printing, the pages have the right size to fit a CD case.
Als je de bestanden in een fotobewerkingsprogramma opent en het printen start via Ctrl+p, dan passen de pagina's precies in een CD doosje.
Remove the cover from the CD case, turn it the other way and put the case together again, to use it the way I did on the photo above.
Als je het deksel van het doosje losmaakt, en omgekeerd terug in elkaar zet, kan je het gebruiken zoals op de foto hierboven.

A set of mini cards (2 3/4" ?), made out of one A4 sheet of Papicolor cardstock, and double sided Scenic Route PP.
Setje minikaartjes (7x7cm), gemaakt uit één A4 vel Papicolor kaartpapier en dubbelzijdig bedrukt Scenic Route papier.

Ecoline Watercolors and Iridescent medium to add a bit of sparkle.
Ecoline inkt met Iridescent medium voor een glitter effect.

All stamps by justjohanna, including the Dutch words.
Alle stempels zijn van justjohanna, ook de Nederlandse tekststempels.

Ticket Birthday card

Birthday card for my brother.
Verjaardagskaartje voor mijn broer. I went to this TICKET website to create my own tickets, and printed them.
Op deze TICKET website heb ik de tickets opgesteld, en ze daarna geprint.
Stamps: Hero Arts (Moments Definition), justjohanna (happy birthday), Tim Holtz Stampers Anonymous (Scratches), Paperbag Studio (Spiral Bound).

Wrapping - quick and easy

Wrapping, quick and easy...
Inpakken, snel en makkelijk...

Fold the wrapping paper like this on the top end.
Vouw het inpakpapier op deze manier aan de bovenkant.

Tie a ribbon around the package.
Knoop een lint rond het pakje.

Use double sided tape.
Gebruik dubbelzijdig plakband.

Stick the two sides of the "fan" together.
Plak de 2 kanten van de waaier aan elkaar.

Attach the label. This one is heat embossed vellum. Stamp is by justjohanna.
Bevestig het label, dit vellum label is geëmbossed. Stempel van justjohanna.
