Tag - Make A Wish

I inked the tag with Distress Oxide Peacock Feathers and stamped the Moroccan Tiles background stamp using Lucky Clover ink.

Het label gekleurd met Distress Oxide inkt Peacock Feathers.  De Moroccan Tiles er overheen gestempeld met Lucky Clover.

A sentiment from the Birthday Greetings set was stamped with Versafine Clair Nocturne, and heat embossed with several layers.

Een stempel uit de Birthday Greetings set afgedrukt met Versafine Clair Nocturne.  Door een aantal laagjes heat embossing liggen de letters er mooi dik op.

I decorated the tag with flowers from Darkroom Door's Botanical Notes Collage Sheets.

Met bloemen uit de Collage Sheets Botanical Notesvan Darkroom Door het label verder af gemaakt.

A kraft card.  Behind the cut out circle I glued the stamped Lattice.  I chose a flower from the Botanical notes collage sheets to put in de Terracotta Pot.

The Terracotta Pot was stamped with Distress Oxide Candied Apple.  and decorated with the Damask Texture stamp.

A little butterfly from the Wings set as a finishing touch.

Darkroom Door - Gathered Flowers #3

I used some of the new stamps from Darkroom Door on these pages in my Dina Wakley Media journal.

I've inked the new Gathered Flowers stamps with Distress Markers and put them inside the Polaroid Frame stamp.

De nieuwe Gathered Flowers stempels beïnkt met Distress Markers.  Ik drukte ze af in het Polaroid Frame.

Some Gathered Flowers were stamped on the background.  Some flowers were cut out and adhered to the pages.

Bloemen op de achtergrond gestempeld, en gestempelde bloemen uitgeknipt om hier en daar op de pagina's te plakken.

The Elegant Ladies are from Darkroom Door's Collage Sheets.

De Elegant Ladies geknipt uit de Collage Sheets van Darkroom Door.

I stamped the Terracotta Pots with Distress Oxide Inks, used a wet brush to spread the ink, and decorated the pots using Texture stamps.

De Terracotta potten afgedrukt met Distress Oxide inkten, de inkt mooi verspreid met een nat penseel.  Daarna Texture stempels gebruikt om een motief op de potten aan te brengen.

The Lattice stamp goes well with this garden theme.  I stamped with Archival Ink Acorn and colored with Distress Oxide Bundled Sage.  I've cut the print into smaller pieces and added these on my pages.

De Lattice stempel past mooi bij het thema tuin.  Ik stempelde die met Archival inkt Acorn.  Met een blending tool bracht ik een laag Distress Oxide aan. Kleine stukken van het latwerk hier en daar aangebracht op de pagina's.

Quick & Easy - 4x4 Card

Quick & easy card, for all occasions.  Card size is 4"

Een snel en makkelijk kaartje voor alle gelegenheden. Klein formaat:  10,5 cm.

I inked the card through the large Checkered stencil from Darkroom Door, using Lost Shadow Distress Oxide ink.  Added texture using the French Script texture stamp with Distress Oxide Forest Moss.

Voor de blokjes op de achtergrond gebruikte ik de grote Checkered stencil van Darkroom Door met Distress Oxide inkt Lost Shadow.  De French Script texture stempel erbij afgedrukt met Distress Oxide Forest Moss.

Cherish Yesterday

Another spread in my Dyalog Insert Book.

Weer een spread in mijn Dyalog Insert Book gemaakt.

I had picked up left over inks on these pages before.  I inked the pages again with Distress Oxide inks.  I also used the large Checkered stencil from Darkroom Door.  Next I added a thin layer of gesso.

Eerder had ik met deze pagina's al overgebleven inkt opgenomen.  Nu bracht ik Distress Oxide inkten aan met blending brushes.  Er kwam ook de grote Checkered stencil van Darkroom Door aan te pas.  Een dun laagje gesso aan er overheen zorgde voor een zachter effect.

It was not a good idea to stamp the doilies with Versafine Clair ink over the gesso.  Even after I left it to dry overnight it had not completely dried.  As I didn't want to heat emboss I tried anti static powder, and that worked :)

Niet het beste idee om de doilies af te drukken met Versafine Clair op het laagje gesso.  Zelfs na een hele nacht was de inkt nog niet volledig droog.  Omdat ik niet wou embossen probeerde ik te deppen met anti static poeder.  En dat lukte :)

Next I added cut out flowers from Darkroom Door's Collage Sheets Botanical Notes.

Daarna een aantal bloemen uitgeknipt/geponst uit de Collage Sheets Botanical Notes van Darkroom Door, en opgekleefd.

To stamp the quote, flowers and mini marks I used black Archival ink.

De tekst, bloemen en mini marks afgedrukt met zwarte Archival inkt.

A while ago I started this kraft Dylusions Dyalog insert book.  But I only did 1 page so far.

First I inked the kraft pages with Distress Oxide inks.  The texture stamps were used with the same inks.

Eerst de kraft pagina's gekleurd met Distress Oxide inkten.  De texture stempels met dezelfde inkten afgedrukt.

Next I used some of these stamps with Archival Ink Potting Soil.

Daarna enkele stempels uit deze sets gekozen en met Archival inkt Potting Soil afgedrukt.

I added flowers from Darkroom Door's Botanical Notes Collage Sheets.

Daarna bloemen uit de Botanicl Notes Collage Sheets van Darkroom Door gestanst.

To do the title I combined 3 Alphabet sets from Darkroom Door.

Om de tekst te stempelen combineerde ik 3 alfabet sets van Darkroom Door.

I chose a sheet from the Elegant Ladies Collage Sheets, tore the sheet apart and glued the pieces in place.  Next I stamped the Herringbone Texture Stamp using Archival Ink Watering Can.  Then I arranged the letters to form the quote.

Een filmstrips vel gekozen uit de Elegant Ladies Collage Sheets, diagonaal gescheurd en in het journal gekleefd.  Daarna de Herringbone Texture Stamp afgedrukt met Archival inkt Watering Can.  De uitgeknipte letters opgeplakt om de quote te vormen.

The page was finished off with some flowers from the Botanical Notes Collage Sheets.

Deze pagina verder afgewerkt met enkele bloemen uit de Botanical Notes Collage Sheets.

On the right hand page I used the same Distress Oxide inks to sponge a background.  I stamped the Herringbone Texture stamp and used images from the Botanical Notes & Elegant Ladies Collage Sheets.

Op de rechter bladzijde gebruikte ik dezelfde Distress Oxide inkten op de achtergrond, de Herringbone stempel, en plaatjes uit de Botanical Notes & Elegant Ladies Collage Sheets.

I stamped the Envelope Note stamp using Archival Ink Watering Can.  I inked the envelope with an inky blending brush.  I masked the envelope with post-it notes to stamp the French Script on the card.  Inside the Pen & Ink case I found a stamped fountain pen and ink pot, already colored and cut out, ready to use on this page.

De Envelope Note stempel afgedrukt met Archival inkt Watering Can en uitgeknipt.  De envelop een beetje gekleurd met een blending brush waar nog net genoeg inkt op zat :)  De envelop met post-its bedekt om het French Script op de kaart af te drukken.

In het Pen & Ink doosje vond ik een vulpen en inktpot, al gestempeld, gekleurd en uitgeknipt.  Kwam van pas om deze pagina af te werken.
