I just have to show you this collage, I received it from Bo. She and her sister Fleur spoil me with beautiful drawings and collages. It's perfect inspiration for Earth Day!! Thanks Bo :)
Ik moet gewoon deze collage laten zien, gekregen van Bo. Zij en haar zusje Fleur maken regelmatig tekeningen in knutselwerkjes voor mij. Is deze niet perfect voor de Dag van de Aarde? Dankjewel Bo :)

Clover and feathers. Klaver en veertjes.
A card I made for Art Journey, using one of their new stamp sheets "Sewing", and the "Friends" sheet. Scissors are heat embossed with silver EP, image is colored with Distress ink.
Images are stamped with StazOn #Timber Brown and colored with Distress ink.
Do you remember last year's Earth Day Extravaganza at Odd Bird Planet? We are doing this again!! DT members will be posting challenges with prizes all day on April 22th from 6:00 AM PDT - 11:59 PM. After that you have 24 hours to finsih/post your cards. I will post my challenge at 6:00 AM PDT. Stay tuned for more info!!!
The quote and flourish on this card are calligraphy stamps from QuietFire Design, handwritten and drawn by the owner, Suzanne. Flourish is stamped twice on a Glimmer Mist background, using Colorbox Chalk ink and Versafine Onyx Black. Hero Arts flower.
The top is cut at an angle, and punched with a SU border punch.
Today I wanted to use a jj-mix stamp on my scraps. I like to cut out the letters.
Fancy scissors, Prima flowers, punched flowers in the center, brads, QuicKutz photo corners, marker.
Cuttlebug embossing, QuicKutz heart, brads in the center of the punched out flowers.
Some of the supplies I used.
Another card with Joanna Sheen's cute stamps. I used two sets, you can see them below. The pencil was stamped 5 times, and connected with marker lines to create a pencil "fence".
Fence and letters are attached with 3D foam tape. I cuttlebugged the left side and used a paper distressed on all edges. Images are colored with pencils.
Joanna Sheen's stamps I used:
This little village, called Aldenville, is one of my favorite Odd Bird Planet stamps.
Combined with the sleeping goose stamp and sponged clouds.
Goose stamp is from the Fairytale, limited edition kit, (on sale).
Nature is this week's challenge on Crazy Amigo's blog. Since I love to make photo's on our daily walks with our son Bert, I used some of them on these cards. Stamping is done with Darkroom Door stamps. I just had to have their new photography stamps.
Stamps by Darkroom Door:
Here's a card I made for Art Journey, using Joanna Sheen's super cute "Messy Rabbit" stamps. Cuttlebugged border.
I used a A4 sheet, folded in half.
Cut in half, you have two folded cards now, which fit in a regular envelope.
Score at 10,5 cm...
... and it looks like this now.
You can decorate the narrow part (stamp, emboss, punch,...)
I used a cuttlebug embossing folder here. This is how it lookes before the card is glued together...
... and after I glued it.
