As I was thinking about my Sunday Scraps post, I saw the new theme at Inkurable Stampers' Arches : Lace.
So I started cutting out flowers from a piece of stamped and heat embossed vellum that didn't turn out very well.
I used Distress Ink and Memories black to do the stamping.

Stamps:
-Darkroom Door : Plaid background
-Art Journey : Girl, Spiral sentiment, speckles
-Hero Arts: Lace Background.

Heel fijntjes . Mooi en weer dat ruitje .

Another wonderful use for your stamped vellum laces! Love the ideas that you come up with!!
ReplyDeleteThe stamped vellum looks so much like real lace I have to look twice (or more) to believe that it it isn't. And you cut so precisely that your work is incredibly wonderful. True works of art!
ReplyDeleteVery nice design. Executed just perfectly. Thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteSo creative! Lovely arch!
ReplyDeleteLove the arch, and the flowers are quite nice too! Angelica has a new tutorial on heat embossing acetate that gets similar results like your flowers (angelica's scrappenings).
