Merry Christmas

A Christmas card with vellum poinsettias.

The poinsettia flower from Wendy Vecchi's Doodle Christmas stamp set was heat embossed on vellum and cut out.  I added Liquid Pearls to the center.

De kerststerren uit de Doodle Christmas stempelset van Wendy Vecchi op vellum afgedrukt met Versamark inkt om met wit poeder te embossen.  Uitgeknipt en rode stippen gezet met Liquid Pearls.

The chipboard word MERRY was colored with Archival inks.  Next I stamped with the Mesh backgroundstamp from Darkroom Door using Red Geranium Archival ink.

Het woord MERRY gekleurd met Archival inkten, en er de Mesh achtergrondstempel van Darkroom Door op afgedrukt met Red Geranium Archival inkt.

Taped Butterfly

 The chipboard butterfly on this card was painted with white acrylic paint first, and then covered with tape.

De chipboard vlinders op deze kaart werd eerst wit geschilderd met acrylverf, en daarna met reepjes tape bedekt.

 I used the same tape on the white card, and glued the butterfly in place.

Dezelfde tape ook op de witte kaart gebruikt, en de vlinder opgeplakt.
