Sunday Scraps - 451

 As usual on Sundays, I made something from leftovers and scraps.  For these ATC coins I used left over images from this Darkroom Door ATC swap.

Zoals gewoonlijk op zondag, maakte ik weer iets met restjes.  Voor deze ATC coins gebruikte ik gestempelde plaatjes die ik over had na deze ATC ruil van Darkroom Door.

 After I had cut out the circles I colored the image with pencils.

Cirkels uitgestanst, en de afbeelding ingekleurd met potloden.

I used Nestabilities dies, Sizzix dies and a scalloped punch to create layers.

Laagjes uitgesneden met Nestabilities en Sizzix stansen, en een pons met schulprand.

 I used leather to cut tiny flowers.   

Uit een restje leder kleine bloemetjes gestanst. 

 The layers glued together.

Laagjes op elkaar geplakt.

Darkroom Door ATC Swap: Tight Up With

Black & White - 363

 4 Artist Trading Coins with Vintage Automobiles for my black & white series.

4 Artist Trading Coins met Vintage Automobiles gemaakt voor mijn zwart-wit reeks.

 The car was stamped with black ink, and cut out.  I used these Darkroom Door background stamps.

De auto met zwarte inkt afgedrukt en uitgeknipt.  Deze achtergrondstempels erbij gebruikt.

 Small stamps from these sets were used.

Zoals gewoonlijk op zondag, maakte ik weer iets met restjes:  Artist Trading Coins.

 I forgot to take a "before" photo.  Here I had already punched out the circles, and colored them with Distress Paints.

Helemaal vergeten om een "voor" foto te maken van mijn restjes.  Hier had ik al de cirkels uitgeponst en ingekleurd met Distress Paints.

Artist Trading Coins

After seeing Artist Trading Coins everywhere lately I wanted to try some too.

De laatste tijd zie je overal deze Artist Trading Coins.  Wou ik ook eens proberen.

 I chose the small birds from the Garden Birds stamp set, and 2 stars, stamped them on gel prints from my stash, on the red prints, and also on the yellow/beige print to cut out. 

Ik koos enkele kleine vogeltjes uit de Garden Birds stempelset, en 2 sterren.  Gestempeld op de rode gelprint en nogmaals op de gele/beige print om uit te knippen.

 I think the coins can be any size, but I chose a 2,5 inch die, so they would fit in an ATC pocket, or the glassine envelopes I have.  I added word stickers and white dots to finish off the coins.

Ben niet zeker welke afmeting zo'n coin moet hebben, alles mag denk ik.  Deze stans is ongeveer 6,4 cm, zo passen de coins in een ATC pocket, of in de glassine envelopjes die ik heb.  De coins verder afgewerkt met woordstickers en witte stippen langs de rand.
