A wreath for the birds in our garden.

Een krans voor de vogels in onze tuin.

I used Wisteria twigs to restore the wreath first, as it was falling apart after several years of use.

De krans moest eerst hersteld worden, na een aantal jaren buiten viel hij min of meer uit elkaar.  Voor de reparatie gebruikte ik wisteriatakken.

Time to start feeding the birds in the garden. 

Weer tijd om de vogels te voederen in de tuin.

European Robin (again)

Lately I have been too busy to do any stamping.  Sometimes family has to come first.  But I was able to take pictures of our european robin in the garden.

Geen tijd gevonden om iets te stempelen de laatste dagen.  Druk geweest, soms moet familie voorrang krijgen.  Wel kon ik een favoriet in de tuin fotograferen.

Garden Birds in the Snow

Lots of birds in the garden.  I spotted this robin.  My camera is alway nearby.

Snel de camera genomen toen ik dit roodborstje opmerkte in de tuin.

A new jar of peanutbutter for birds, they love it.

Weer een nieuw potje pindakaas voor vogels.  De pindakaas mindert zienderogen.

Bathing Robin

I love to watch the birds in our garden, especially in Spring when the little ones are discovering the world.  So I was more than happy when these two showed up together.  Baby robin with mom (or dad, mom and dad look the same).

Altijd tof om de vogels in de tuin gade te slaan, vooral in de lente als de kleintjes de wereld beginnen te ontdekken.  Ik was dan ook heel blij dat ik toevallig deze twee samen zag, een jong roodborstje samen met vader (of moeder, de ouders lijken op elkaar).

We have this old picnic table in the backyard, we leave it there for the birds, until it completely falls apart :)  

Er staat een oude picknicktafel achteraan in de tuin.  Tot ze helemaal uit elkaar valt blijft ze nog staan voor de vogels :)

Mom (or dad) was trying to get the little one into the water.

Moeder (of vader) probeerde het kleintje in het water te lokken.

And it worked!
