Made this mini card today.

Vandaag dit minikaartje gemaakt.

When I made this mini card a while ago, I misted the stamp with water to stamp it once more.

Toen ik dit minikaartje maakte een tijdje geleden, vernevelde ik water over de stempel, om nog een 2de afdruk te maken.

Today I doodled over the image and turned it into another mini card.

Vandaag kwam ik de afdruk weer tegen, beetje gedoodled over de afdruk en weer een minikaartje gemaakt.

I combined flower photos from the garden with stamps.  The Snowdrops were stamped onto vellum and colored with pencils.

 Two Spring cards.  A background from my stash, with leftover inks from a previous card.

Twee lentekaartjes vandaag.  De achtergrond maakte ik enkele dagen geleden met restjes inkt.

 I stamped with black Archival ink, heat embossed the image and colored it with Neocolors and Distress Markers.

De stempel met zwarte Archival inkt afgedrukt, kleurloos geëmbossed.  Met Neocolors en Distress Markers ingekleurd.

Today is the first day of Spring.  A few days ago we noticed the robins building their nest in our garden.  They have their nest ready.  I hope to see the little ones to photograph soon too.

De lente begint vandaag.  Een paar dagen geleden zagen we de roodborstjes met nestmateriaal af en aan vliegen.  Het nest is ondertussen helemaal klaar, afgewerkt met mos.  Nu nog hopen op kleintjes om te fotograferen.

 A Spring card I made, while the crocuses are still blooming in the garden.

Images are stamped with Archival ink, which is waterproof, and colored with Neocolors.

Spring Tag - Crocus

 I noticed the first crocuses in our garden today. 

They inspired me to do a quick Spring label.

Vanmogen zag ik de eerste crocussen in de tuin.

Tijd om een eenvoudig lente-label te maken.

 I stamped with Ranger Archival Ink #Jet Black on Hero Arts kraft paper, and colored the image with pencils.

Gestempeld met Ranger Archival inkt #Jet Black op Hero Arts kraft papier, en de afdruk met potloden ingekleurd.

I used this stencil to draw a border of squares, and I sponged with Colorbox pigment ink.

Dit sjabloon gebruikt om een randje van vierkantjes te tekenen, en te sponzen met Colorbox pigment inkt.

I've been searching for a beautiful snowdrops stamp for a while.  

Chocolate Baroque released a beautiful sheet with Spring Flowers, I couldn't resist buying them when I noticed them in Art Journey's webshop.

Ik was al een tijdje op zoek naar een mooie sneeuwklokjesstempel.  

Chocolate Baroque bracht onlangs een mooie sheet uit met voorjaarsbloemen, en toen ik die in de webshop van Art Journey zag, heb ik hem meteen gekocht.

I heat embossed the image, colored the snowdrops with Distress Markers.

I did the background with Distress Ink and a damp brush, and sponged around the edges.

De afdruk geëmbossed en de sneeuwklokjes met Distress Markers ingekleurd.

De achtergrond deed ik met Distress Inkt en een penseeltje.  Rondom gesponst met Distress Inkt.

Flower Soft #Polar White from my stash was used as snow.

Een laagje sneeuw gemaakt met Flower Soft #Polar White die ik tussen mijn hobbyspullen vond.

Snowdrops are starting to show up in our garden.

De sneeuwklokjes beginnen stilaan tevoorschijn te komen in onze tuin.
