 I made a bunch of quick and easy 2" labels.

Masculine Card - Measuring Tape

Darkroom Door released several fabulous new stamps. This Measuring Tape Background Stamp is one of them. I used it in browns here, to create a masculine card.

Darkroom Door heeft een aantal prachtige nieuwe stempels uitgebracht. Deze Measuring Tape Background is er één van. In bruintinten gestempeld, zodat het een mannenkaart werd.

Darkroom Door - Flower Garden Background

The Flower Garden Background stamp is new, by Darkroom Door.

Een nieuwe achtergrondstempel van Darkroom Door gebruikt:  Flower Garden.

I stamped the background with Ranger Archival Ink #Olive, and sponged with Distress Inks.

I added a strip of paper with a String Sentiment.

De achtergrond gestempeld met Ranger Archival Ink #Olive en gesponst met Distress inkt.

Een tekststempel op een strookje papier er dwars over geplakt.

These ATCs have  a vellum background.  I used the Flower Garden Background stamp on the background and the clothes.

Een achtergrond van vellum op deze ATCs.  De Flower Garden achtergrondstempel gebruikt voor de achtergrond en de kleding.

I heat embossed the Flower Garden Background stamp with clear embossingpowder on vellum, and sponged with Distress Ink #Crushed Olive.

De Flower Garden achtergrond gestempeld op vellum en kleurloos geëmbossed.  Daarna met Distress Inkt #Crushed Olive gesponst.

I stitched the vellum on black cardstock and used stamps from the Just My Style set to create the ATCs.

Het vellum op zwart karton gestikt, en met stempels uit de Just My Style set de ATCs gemaakt.

 I used some good old favorites again on these tags.

The strips of paper at the bottom are completely inspired by Anneke's cards (click)

Weer een paar labels gemaakt met gouwe ouwe stempels.

De strookjes papier onderaan zijn helemaal afgekeken van Anneke's kaartjes (klik)

 The backgrounds are made with alcohol inks on glossy cardstock.  (Watch Jennifer McGuire's video about alcohol inks HERE).  I stamped with Ranger Archival inks.

Achtergrondjes gemaakt met alcohol inkt op glanskarton.  (Zoals in Jennifer McGuire's video HIER).  Gestempeld met Ranger Archival inkten.

Stamp Carving - Tile

 Two pages in my stamp carving journal.

I carved this square tile and turned it 90° each time to create a pattern.

 Een paar bladzijden in mijn stamp carving journal.

Een vierkant tegeltje gegutst.  Voor elke afdruk draaide ik de stempel 90° om een patroon te vormen.

Darkroom Door - Dressmaker Card

A card, made with Darkroom Door's new Dressmaker Rubber Stamps.

I love the sewing machine stamp in this set, it looks almost the same as my mom's.

Een kaartje gemaakt met Darkroom Door's nieuwe Dressmaker stempelset.

De naaimachine in deze set ziet er bijna hetzelfde uit als die van mijn moeder.

I stamped the sewing machine with Archival Ink #Plum and I used the other stamps from the set to stamp a background with Distress Ink #Pumice Stone.  

De naaimachine is met Archival inkt #Plum gestempeld, de andere stempels uit de set gebruikte ik om een achtergrond te stempelen met Distress inkt #Pumice Stone.

Darkroom Door changed the packaging recently.  The stamps come in a clear DVD size box now, and the rubber sheet already has EZ-Mount attached.  All you have to do is cut the stamps, as Rachel shows in the video below.

Darkroom Door veranderde onlangs de verpakking.  De stempels zitten nu in een doorzichtig doosje op DVD formaat, en ze zijn al op EZ-Mount geplakt.  Je moet ze alleen nog uitknippen, zoals Rachel toont in de video hieronder.

 Inchies on a Get Well card.

The inchies were stamped with Ranger Archival #Olive on green cardstock, colored with a white pencil.

Gestikte rondjes, achtergrondje door de Cuttlebug gehaald en een bloemetjeslint.

De inchies werden met Archival inkt #Olive gestempeld op groen kaartkarton, en met wit potlood ingekleurd.

Sunday Scraps - 159

 As usual on Sundays, I made a card with scraps and leftover pieces from previous projects.

Zoals altijd op zondag, een kaartje gemaakt van restjes uit vorige projectjes.

 I was not sure if the Versafine ink would dry on the glassine envelope, so I heat embossed it.

Omdat ik niet zeker was of de Versafine inkt zou drogen op dit pergamijn zakje, heb ik de afdruk geëmbossed met kleurloos embossingpoeder.

Black & White - 90

 Card #90 in my black & white series.

Kaart n°90 in mijn zwart-wit reeks.

 I used the bracket frame stamp I carved.  The cardstock is textured, I didn't expect the white spots in the stamped frame.

Mijn zelfgemaakte bracket frame stempel gebruikt.  De afdruk vertoont witte puntjes die ik niet verwacht had, door het reliëf in het kaartkarton.

 Punched flowers, embossed in the Cuttlebug, button shaped brads.

Bloemetjes geponst en door de Cuttlebug gehaald.

 A page in my stamp carving journal, with the stamps I made for a little girl's birthday on Leap Day.

I carved her name, a heart a flower and a butterfly.

Ik gutste haar naam, een hartje, bloemetje en een vlinder.

And a storage tin with 2 bright inkpads.

En een blikje  om de stempeltjes en inkt in op te bergen.

 As always on the first day of each month, there's a new challenge at Art Journey.

Liesbeth has chosen TURQUOISE, one of my favorite colors!

Zoals altijd op de eerste dag van de maand, is er een nieuwe Art Journey uitdaging.

Liesbeth koos het thema TURQUOISE, één van mijn favoriete kleuren.

I made a tag and an ATC for the challenge.  I used templates to sponge the backgrounds with Distress Ink #Broken China.

Ik maakte een label en een ATC voor de uitdaging.  Sjablonen gebruikt om de achtergronden te sponzen met Distress inkt #Broken China.

 I chose some good old stamps to make some very quick and super easy labels.

Stamped with Distress Inks, Versafine Onyx Black and colored with pencils.

Een paar doosjes gouwe ouwe stempels uit de kast gehaald om een setje allereenvoudigste labels te maken.

Gestempeld met Distress inkten, Versafine Onyx Black en ingekleurd met potloden.
