One more card with these fun "milkin' maids" by justjohanna. Heat embossing and coloring with twinkling H2Os again.

Nog een kaartje met deze leuke "melk meiden" van justjohanna. Geëmbossed en ingekleurd met twinkling H2Os.

Feest (Party)

Doublesided cardstock was used here. I made some cuts and folds on the edges. Heat embossing and Talens Ecoline to color the images. I embossed the ecoline backgrounds too, I was wondering if it can be done :)

Kaartje gemaakt met tweekleurig kaartkarton. Aan de rand zijn kleine insnijdingen en plooitjes gemaakt. Gestempeld met Versafine Onyx Black, kleurloos geëmbossed en met Talens Ecoline ingekleurd. Ik vroeg me af of je ecoline kan embossen, en dat lukt, zoals je hier op de achtergrondjes kan zien.

Happy Mail Day - Super leuke post!

I received my copy of "Art Specially For You", it's #3 of this Dutch magazine. I'm impressed! A lot of eye-candy, useful tips and tricks, inspiration.... I'm happy to have several cards in it too :)
Ik ontving mijn "Art Specially For You" exemplaar, het is al het derde nummer van dit Nederlands stempelblad. Ik ben weer onder de indruk van al het moois dat er in staat, een lust voor het oog, tips en trukjes, boordevol inspiratie... Ik ben blij dat een aantal van mijn kaarten er ook in staan :)

Another new Challenge blog: Make a MOO or two

These are my MOO cards for the Romance theme on this new Challenge blog: Make a MOO or two. New theme every Friday.
I used justjohanna stamps on my MOOs. I made them black and white first, but added more color, using the faux torn paper technique. The cage makes the card look wider, but they are exactely the same size. Look HERE how I turned them into a key-ring.

Deze MOO kaartjes heb ik gemaakt voor het Romance thema op de nieuwe uitdagingenblog Make a MOO or two. Elke vrijdag wordt een nieuw thema bekendgemaakt.
Ik gebruikte justjohanna stempels op mijn kaartjes. Ik maakte ze eerst in zwart/wit, maar gaf ze daarna toch kleur met de faux torn paper techniek. Het kaartje met het kooitje lijkt breder op de foto, maar in't echt zijn ze precies even groot. Met deze MOO kaartjes maakte ik een sleutelhanger, je kan hem HIER zien.

Another card with these cute "Irisstempels".
Nog een kaartje met deze schattige Irisstempels. I masked the image, sponged the background and stamped with Hero Arts stamps. Punched out scallop circle and flowers.
Een maskertje gebruikt om de achtergrond te sponzen en stempelen (Hero Arts). Geponste cirkel en bloemen.

4" x 4" thank you card. I punched out a scalloped circle from this background paper I made a while ago. Edges are inked with Brilliance Cosmic Copper.
10x10cm kaartje. De geschulpte cirkel is geponst uit papier dat ik een tijdje geleden maakte. De randjes zijn gesponst met Brilliance Cosmic Copper.
I'm not sure which inks I used to color the paper (Distress Ink?), but it looks like it has Ecoline gold on the circle and Iridescent Medium on the flower.
Ik herinner me niet meer welke inkt ik gebruikt heb om het papier te kleuren (Distress Inkt?), maar de gouden spikkels moeten Ecoline zijn. Op de bloem zit Iridescent Medium.

As soon as I saw these cute Irisstempels on Elke's blog, I knew I *needed* some of them. They are brandnew. So I did this quick 4" x 4" card. Circle stamp is by Aud Design

Deze leuke irisstempels had ik meteen *nodig* toen ik ze zag op Elke's blog. Ze zijn nieuw, ik vind ze schattig! De ronde stempel is van Aud Design.

Valentine's Post-it Notes

A quick Valentine's gift. I covered two pieces of cardstock with Basic Grey paper.
Een klein geschenkje voor Valentijn. Twee stukjes karton beplakt met Basic Grey papier.

I wrapped the top of a pencil in tape, to be able to drill a neat hole in it. I used a 2mm drill.
Tape omheen het potlood geplakt, om een mooi gaatje te kunnen boren. Boortje van 2mm.

Embroidery floss was used to attach the pencil. Heart was stamped with Versamark and heat embossed on brown cardstock.
Het potlood is met borduurgaren vastgeknoopt. Het hart is gestempeld met Versamark, en kleurloos geëmbossed op bruin papier.

I stamped hearts on all pages.
Kleine hartjes gestempeld op alle blaadjes van een Post-it blokje.

4" x 4" card. I played with this photo in Photoshop, and printed on white paper. I added stamping and sponging with Colorbox Fluid Chalk inks #Creamy Brown and #Chestnut Roan.
10 x 10cm kaartje. Een beetje met deze foto geëxperimenteerd in Photoshop. Geprint op wit papier, daarna gestempeld en gesponst met Colorbox Fluid Chalk inkt #Creamy Brown en #Chestnut Roan.
