Love this cat stamp!! It's on one of the new Art Journey sheets. A collage of words is on this sheet too. I used more words (play, gorgeous, lovely) from other plates too.
Time to use some of those scraps and trials again. Thanks definition stamp (by Hero Arts) is stamped on a scrap of ecoline paper. Merci is an Odd Bird Planet stamp.
I wanted to try this cuttlebugged chipboard flower after seeing this post on Maya Road's design team blog. I used the same embossingfolder on the red strip. Added stitching and a scalloped mat, cut with a nestabilities die.
Two flowers on the second card. I cut out the scalloped circles and glued them onto vellum. I stamped a flower on the vellum with Brilliance ink, colored the backside with pencils. Cardstock stems.

Happy Easter to my blog readers!!
I made a new banner for the Easter weekend. I stamped the Odd Bird Planet images, colored them with pencils and cut around them. I cropped the photo in photoshop, and clicked "auto levels". Made the background turn purple/blue. 
I stamped the flower stamp with Versamark ink and used soft pastels to add color.
I distressed the edges with Tim Holtz paper distresser and inked them with Adirondack #Raisin. I wanted to try these French knots in the flower centers. They turned out a bit too light, so I sponged them with Adirondack ink too. 
A journal stamp was used to stamp a border. 
Been playing with the new Art Journey stamps. Glimmer Mist background (#Mistletoe). Stamped with Adirondack #Pesto and Versafine Onyx Black (heat embossed). 
Love the "binding rings" stamp. I think it's great for this card shape. Postage is much more on square cards in Belgium, this card has a square focal part, but fits in a regular size envelope without extra postage.

Today this swap arrived: Design team members from Odd Bird Planet made tags with their photo on it. It's the second time we did this. It's fun to recognize each member's style on the tag.

I used one of my new stamps on this card. Image is stamped on Basic Grey paper. 
I used a thicker kind of thread to do the stitching.
Super quick and really easy :) A photo from a few days ago. Sentiment says "Good Luck" in Dutch. Used a cuttlebug embossingfolder and oval nestabilities. White gelpen on the tiny flower. I used a punch on the corners. 
A transparant card. I sewed the part at the left, after putting some prima flowers in. They can move around.
I sponged the edges lightly with StazOn ink.
A Lilac for you, for personal use.
As always, a quick and easy card with this picture.

I stamped and heat embossed the inchies on Rein's background, punched a few flowers too.

The strips on this card are colored with Distress ink, Ecoline and Brilliance refill, scraps from previous cards. I taped them together at the back. There was a red and a cream strip where you see the black ones, but they didn't take the black stamping very well, so I replaced them and stitched the piece on cream cardstock.
